Roy Fowler was an Australian Paralympic competitor. He won a gold medal in men's Class 1 Complete 25 M Breaststroke at the 1964 Summer Paralympics with a time of 0.45.6.[1] He also won a gold medal in the Class 1 Complete 25 M Freestyle event with a time of 0.38.3. He won a third gold medal in the Class 1 Complete 25 M Backstroke event with the world record time of 0.41.0.[2]

He also competed at the 1968 Summer Paralympics, 1972 Summer Paralympics and 1976 Summer Paralympics.[3]
